Jade specialises in bespoke yoga/pilates events for wellbeing. Jade teaches online Yoga/PIlates classes, corporate yoga, 1-2-1 yoga or 1-2-2 & bespoke Events & Retreats in Hampshire, and further afield.

 

Her aim is to teach you a feel good mindful flow, leaving you energised but restored & keeping your mind body feeling SOUL happy!
